Regular communication is maintained with 3495 individuals from high-risk communities in the promotion of safe practices and access to healthcare services from Government Institutes. 95:95:95Strategies implemented in all project services. Regular Medical Check-ups were conducted for 2958 population.3065 persons are covered under HIV screening &14 persons were provided support for STI treatment.104 HIV-positive persons are regularly followed up and guided on treatment.153 High-Risk Group Members were facilitated to get ration supplies.10FSWs and 4TGs were facilitated to secure support for starting self-employment units.
