MARI has been instrumental in implementing the AIDS Control & Prevention among High-Risk Population project by ensuring a comprehensive and community-driven approach to HIV/AIDS prevention. By maintaining direct engagement with 3,495 high-risk individuals, MARI has successfully promoted safe practices and improved healthcare-seeking behavior.
Through its strategic execution of the 95:95:95 model, MARI has strengthened HIV screening, treatment, and follow-up mechanisms, ensuring 104 HIV-positive individuals receive continuous medical support. The organization’s efforts extend beyond healthcare, addressing the socio-economic challenges of vulnerable groups by facilitating ration supplies for 153 HRG members and supporting self-employment initiatives for female sex workers (FSWs) and transgender individuals (TGs).
MARI’s advocacy initiatives have fostered strong collaborations with government agencies and community-based organizations, amplifying support for high-risk populations. By focusing on prevention, empowerment, and accessibility, MARI remains committed to reducing the prevalence of HIV/AIDS and improving the overall well-being of marginalized communities.
