Farmers have successfully diversified their land use systems with the combination of annual and perennial tree / plantation crops.
Diversification has incorporated a range of horticultural fruit species mixed with vegetable crops.
The training and in-field technical assistance provided under the project has resulted in enabling farmers to acquire valuable horticultural skills and knowledge.

7112 Horticulture seedlings:
- (Mango, Custard apple, Gua, Lemon & Neredu) were planted on 106 Acres of land belonging to 75Small & Marginal Farmers.
217 Farmers have planted 2455 Plants on farm bunds with a view to increasing tree cover in their lands.
