Objectives:
- To Help, Improve, Health Seeking Behaviour and Prevent any new Infections amongst All HRGs.
- Promote Safe Practices and provide better access to Healthcare Services from Government Institutes.
- Increase knowledge levels on STI/HIV/AIDS amongst targeted HRGs.
- Empower & strengthen the Community & community-based Organizations to offer support with their common issues.
Achievements :
- Regular communication is maintained with 3495 individuals from high-risk communities in the promotion of safe practices and access to healthcare services from Government Institutes.
- 95:95:95 Strategies implemented in all project services.
- Regular Medical Check-ups were conducted for 2958 population.
- 3065 persons are covered under HIV screening &14 persons were provided support for STI treatment.
- 104 HIV-positive persons are regularly followed up and guided on treatment.
- 153 High-Risk Group Members were facilitated to get ration supplies.
- 10FSWs and 4TGs were facilitated to secure support for starting self-employment units.
- Advocacy meetings were organized with various Government agencies and other organizations to address the needs, concerns and issues of high-risk population.
